Converations will be held with various sales agents regarding an expected sales price and strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estancia Land<br \/>\n<\/strong>Following feedback from the government agency in Austin regarding the (building) permits, the plans have been adjusted in accordance with their wishes. In addition, the bids of the two chosen contractors (The NRP Group and OHT Partners) are being updated, after which the construction plans will be resubmitted.
