01 Local market team
After an extensive selection process, we collaborate with local partners in the acquisition of value-add projects. Knowledge of the sub-market, track record and financial stability are the most important criteria through which an alliance is formalized. The division of roles in the cooperation is that both the local partner and REALIANCE are the initiators of the project. Subsequently, they realize the business case as project manager and asset manager respectively.
02 Real estate team
REALIANCE’s real estate specialists are responsible for structuring the investment, which is included in an investment memorandum. Based on professional asset management, including frequent local presence, the performance of the project is optimized for the benefit op the participants. The real estate specialists, together with the investor relations team, are in close contact with the clients.
03 Investor relations team
The investor relations team is proactive in contact with the client about the personal real estate portfolio. Based on a jointly established profile, the customer is informed about new projects and reports are made frequently on the existing portfolio. Clients are closely involved in REALIANCE to jointly shape international real estate partners’ in practice.

Responsible for the implementation of the real estate strategy and the asset management of the total real estate portfolio. Also responsible for acquisition and asset management of the American real estate portfolio.
Has specialized in international real estate since 2000. From 2006 as asset manager responsible for the successful restructuring of an American real estate portfolio worth US$ 500 million.
RENÉ FIOLET
MANAGING PARTNER
Responsible for investor relations through implementation of the partner strategy with real estate investors. Also responsible for acquisition and asset management of the Brazilian real estate portfolio.
Was active, before 2012, in international boardroom consultancy for more than 15 years in realizing the growth ambitions of various large and medium-sized companies.
ROBIN VAN DER KOLK
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Responsible for the acquisition and asset management of the European real estate portfolio.
Has specialized since 2001 in international real estate. In addition, since 2008, responsible as asset manager for the liquidation of a European portfolio worth € 380 million.
BAS AMERICA
SENIOR ASSET MANAGER
Co-responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio.
After real estate-related master’s degree at TU/e and UvA, worked as a Real Estate Consultant and Asset Manager/ Transaction Manager. The focus at REALIANCE will be on the further professionalization of asset management.
RAJESH BAINATHSAH
MANAGING DIRECTOR FINANCE
Responsible for Finance, Risk management, Compliance and ICT-optimisations.
Over twelve years of work experience at a senior executive level, within listed organizations. His focus at REALIANCE will be to bring out the best in people and processes with a financial heart.
ALICE BREVOORD
MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Responsible for all the marketing and communication within REALIANCE.
Has been active since 2004 in direct marketing, social media, digital communication and thematic/ concept communication. Alice’s focus is on the substantive further development and digitization of all internal and external REALIANCE communication.
GERDA HONING
ASSET MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Co-responsible for European and American real estate.
Since 2002 experience in the management of American and European real estate portfolios. From the start of REALIANCE jointly responsible for, in particular, informing customers about important matters related to their participation in projects. The focus will be on optimizing/ coordinating the information facilities, such as frequency, planning and uniformity.
DANIËLLE SNELLEMAN
CLIENT EXECUTIVE
Works as a Client Executive supporting Managing Partner René Fiolet. The focus is on co-executing the relationship marketing program, improvement initiatives in the management organization and is jointly responsible for the account management plan for the Dutch syndication partners.
A recurring theme in her career with various employers is relationship management with a solution-oriented and positive attitude. She has a lot of experience working in a dynamic environment and is reliable, service-oriented and quality-conscious.
KIM VAN DIJCK
MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
Co-responsible for all marketing and communication of REALIANCE and the total project portfolio.
Has gained work experience as a relationship manager and supporter in the commercial and business market in recent years. Her eagerness to learn, enthusiasm and service-providing attitude is the basis for her future career at REALIANCE.
MIKE TREEP
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Co-responsible for reporting and tax for both REALIANCE and its project companies. In addition, he supports the Managing Director Finance in the preparation of the annual accounts, the implementation of the compliance policy and the US tax filing process.
In recent years, he has gained a lot of experience with REALIANCE’s accountant and is currently following a master’s degree in Tax Law at Nyenrode Business University. His work experience in combination with his study program will be of great added value for REALIANCE.
MANON BOONSTRA
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Co-responsible for all aspects of the financial part of the primary process. In addition, she supports the Managing Director Finance in the field of compliance: accounting, reporting and bookkeeping.
Has years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Her focus at REALIANCE will be on processing the financial administration and ensuring that the purchasing, sales, banking and system management processes work optimally.
PATRICIA BOLTEN
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Co-responsible for all aspects of the operational part of the primary process. In addition, she supports the Managing Director Finance in the field of Finance, Compliance & Risk: processing placement, reporting and general administration.
Has years of experience in a support role where the focus lied on cooperation and service to the relations but also to her colleagues. Her ambition at REALIANCE will be to process the financial administration and ensure that these processes work efficiently.
PIETER-BAS TIMMERHUIS
ASSET MANAGER
Co-responsible for asset management of the REALIANCE portfolio.
After four years of experience within office real estate, he completed a master of business administration at TIAS with a specialization in Investment Management. The focus at REALIANCE will be on managing the REALIANCE portfolio and further professionalization of the asset management.
