The final Certificate of Occupancy was issued February 8th, with which the complex meets all the conditions of (local) authorities and agencies to qualify as fully completed. The leasing activities are on schedule and stabilization is expected to be achieved in Q3 2024, after which the concessions will be phased out.

When stabilization is achieved, the intention is to sell the complex in the second half of the year. Converations will be held with various sales agents regarding an expected sales price and strategy.

Estancia Land
Following feedback from the government agency in Austin regarding the (building) permits, the plans have been adjusted in accordance with their wishes. In addition, the bids of the two chosen contractors (The NRP Group and OHT Partners) are being updated, after which the construction plans will be resubmitted. Permits are expected to be received by Q2 2025 (City of Austin timeline estimate).

In accordance with the current schedule, construction of the project will be able to begin in the second half of 2025.
